Billing

Manage or cancel Pro

Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play account used to purchase. Open your store account settings to cancel, renew, or request a refund.

Restore

Restore purchases

Use Restore Purchases in the app. If Pro still does not unlock, email support with the store, device, app version, and approximate purchase time.

Data

Access or delete data

Email privacy support from the account email where possible. We may need to verify identity before changing or deleting account data.

AI estimates

Fix a meal estimate

Open the meal, adjust portions or items, and save. JustAte learns from confirmed corrections where the app supports food memory.
